‘Target Zero’ is our company’s enterprise integrity management system. It sets our expectation in progressing towards a zero target vision for the protection to Human Health and the Environment, whilst producing suitable Project Management outcomes.
All our staff and other supports are expected to exhibit the leadership and commitment required to achieve this. This expectation is embedded through our linking: policies, standards, guidance and procedures.
In aiming to achieve Target Zero to people, assets and the environment, the scope involves more than a conventional Health, Safety and Environment program. It includes matters such as: risk management, technical integrity, competencies, management of change and incident management across our business sectors. In addition, it provides guidance on how we want to interact with our Alliance/JV Partners, Clients, Vendors and Sub-Contractors.
