Conducting a Section 53 X Environmental Audit (Contaminated Land) for this 6 Ha site, made up from several land titles. The site has been historically/predominantly used for orchard growing and market gardens (several in-filled farm dams). Proposed land use is high density residential development. Site geology is Silurian siltstone, with groundwater at a depth of 10 m. The audit will cover soil, groundwater and vapour phase assessment.
