Private Land Developer, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, Greenvale

This was a six hectare agricultural land parcel which planned for future residential re-zoning linked to urban growth in this area.  A Phase 1 ESA (non-intrusive study) was conducted, involving:

  • Detailed walkover site inspection of the property.
  • Land owner interview and historical records searching.
  • Study of historical land title records and aerial photographs.
  • Study of published geology and hydrogeology.
  • Reporting of works to Council, involving provision of comments pertaining to Ministerial Direction 1.

The project was completed within a three week period.
