Completed a Section 53 X Environmental Audit for this 0.5 Ha site, made up from two land titles. The site has been historically used as an industrial factory and a timber merchant facility. USTs have been present within close proximity to the site. Site contamination includes various metals and asbestos containing materials mixed with building/demolition rubble. Site geology is Brighton Group Formation. The Audit covered both soil and groundwater assessment. Future proposed land use was a residential sub-division. A Certificate of Environmental Audit was issued for the site.
