Completed a Section 53 X Environmental Audit (Contaminated Land) for this 0.4 Ha site. The property was a former Council works depot, which was to be re-developed into medium density residential housing. Underground fuel storage tanks were present at the property together with several asbestos containing material clad buildings. Regional aquifer was within a fractured limestone – karst geology. A Certificate of Environmental Audit was issued for the site.
