This was a six hectare agricultural land parcel which planned for future residential re-zoning linked to urban growth in this area. A Phase 1 ESA (non-intrusive study) was conducted, involving:
- Detailed walkover site inspection of the property.
- Land owner interview and historical records searching.
- Study of historical land title records and aerial photographs.
- Study of published geology and hydrogeology.
- Reporting of works to Council, involving provision of comments pertaining to Ministerial Direction 1.
The project was completed within a three week period.
